Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Canadian Canopy.Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Custom printed orders involve additional processing and production time.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please add your order to the cart, enter your delivery address and the available rates will be displayed.

Courier delivery delays can occasionally occur. Canadian Canopy will not be held responsible for courier delays. Once an order is shipped, delivery is out of our control.

Canadian Canopyships to addresses within CANADA & the USA (mainland only). We do not currently ship outside of these areas. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We DO NOT ship to PO boxes. Orders placed with a PO box shipping address will be delayed until a physical street address is confirmed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Canadian Canopyis not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Canadian Canopy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and be ready to provide digital photos of the damage. We will work with you to get a replacement or repair done as quickly as possible. Often times this will include providing as much detail as possible to the carrier so a claim can be made.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Canada or the U.S.A.
